Customer Reviews
Absolutely love the Golden Light!
Oh my goodness, I just got the Golden Light tea and it's amazing! It arrived so quickly, like 3 days, and the packaging was super nice. The flavor is just perfect, so soothing. I'm already planning my next order, I might try the Lullaby next. This is my new favorite tea company, for sure!
Consistently good quality
I've ordered from Smithtea a few times now, and this latest purchase of British Brunch was just as good as my previous ones. I always know what to expect in terms of flavor and quality, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping was about the same as before, around 5-6 days to my address in California. I did notice they updated their website design since my last order, and it's a bit cleaner now, easier to find things. It's nice to see that consistency in their products and small improvements in their online experience.
Detailed review of my tea order
I placed an order for the Fez Green Tea and a Tea Infuser. The website was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I needed without any trouble. Checkout was smooth. I received an order confirmation email immediately, followed by shipping updates. My package arrived 5 days after I placed the order, which was within the estimated window. Everything was securely packed; the tea sachets were in perfect condition, and the infuser felt sturdy. The Fez Green Tea itself has a lovely aroma and a smooth, clean taste-exactly what I was hoping for. I haven't needed to contact customer support, so I can't comment on that, but the overall process from browsing to brewing was very positive. I appreciate the quality of the products.
My new favorite tea!
So I got some of that Lord Bergamot and it was really good! Like, way better than my usual store-bought stuff. The whole ordering thing was super easy, just a few clicks. It came pretty fast too, like 4 days. I'm definitely gonna get more when this runs out.
Good tea, slow shipping
I ordered the Peppermint Leaves tea and it arrived well-packaged. The quality of the tea itself was great, very refreshing. However, shipping took a full 7 days to get to me in Chicago, which felt a bit long. The tracking info was updated regularly though, so I knew where it was. Overall, a good experience, but I hope they can speed up delivery a little.
